I haven't used that DVD but at a guess i would put it under aerobics - either low impact or general. Just to make sure you don't overestimate how many calories have been burned.
Unless you have a heart monitor its very difficult to judge the amout of calories burned and of course some days you will put more effort into your workout.
Is it a dvd you would recommend?

If you aren't using a heart rate monitor, it can be very hard to gauge the calories burned. I would just put it under aerobics and then change the calories burned to what your HRM says.

I am addicted to my HRM.

I work out everyday but omg the biggest loser cardio max i thought i was going to die... I was dripping sweat and i never sweat even when i played soccer for 5 years i didn't sweat as much....

Mine was $100 - the Polar F6. It's well worth the investment. It keeps track of your heart rate and calories burned. Cheaper ones don't seem to keep track of the calories.
  • I am also doing this dvd in combination with the Power Sculpt dvd and it is the best cardio workout I have had! I just started level 2 this week. I have lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks using these 2 videos alone!

I am having some trouble entering this on my exercise log as well...anyone have any other suggestions?
