44lbs down, nearly half way there

I've been struggling recently so thought maybe a little look at how far I'd come would give me some motivation to get over this very long plateau.
I started losing weight in ernest just over 6 months ago. The first 4 months I consistently lost around 10lbs a month, but I was eating just 850 calories a day and exercising for 1-2 hours a day and not eating back any of my calories, so effectively having a deficit every day. No surprise that this took its toll. I started to get dizzy, light headed and really distracted, couldn't concentrate etc. Also my weight loss stalled–no loss for a month, despite the strict regime.
So I had a meeting with a nutritionist who advised me to up my calories and introduce some carbs before did some long term damage to my body. Over the past month I've upped my calories to 1250 and I eat back some of my exercise calories. I thought I'd pile on the weight. The first week I gained 4lbs, but over the last 2 weeks these have disappeared again. I'm the same weight that I was 2 months ago, but I'm eating close to twice what I was eating and feel 100% better.
I'm hoping the scales will start to go down soon. But for now I am still seeing improvements to my shape every day due to my exercise program. Each week I currently do the following classes: Spin x 4, pump x 3, power yoga x 2, zumba x 1, and step x 1, swim x 1
Anyways here are the pics. First one is me 6 months ago, I hated people photographing me so it's not full length, I don't have any full length pics. The second one in the blue dress is me last weekend 44lbs lighter. I still have lots to lose but I can see a massive difference in my arms/shoulders/ etc! Hopefully you all can too.

Wow! what a fantastic job you've done. It's great that you recognized that you needed to see a specialist and follow her/his advise! well done for it! Your body went on starvation mode and it will take a little while till your body realizes that it's ok to let go of some of the stored fat because you're not starving it any more, but it will start reacting to your healthier life.
On the days that you do Pump I probably add about 200 cal of nuts to your diet, if you do you'll start realizing how fast your body lets go of the fat, because it's strenght training you will burn them up straight away and a little extra fat each day, so have them(12 almonds, or even better 7 Brazil nuts, or pistachios 1/4 of a cup, not roasted or salted, just natural) 2 hours after wyour workout. Give it a go, and let me know how you went!
