I have been doing MFP since April 1st. Today I stepped on the scale for kicks, its not weigh in day just yet and I saw a ONEderful number... for the first time in over 15 years, I weigh less that 200 lbs. This is a huge personal gain for me. Although I still have 40 to go, I am quite happy today. :happy: Thank you mfp! couldnt have done it without you.

    Exactly the same for me today!! I could have written this myself, almost to the word. I also weighed myself just for the heck of it, not my usual weigh in day, and was shocked to see 199!! For the first time in more than 10 years, I'm under 200!! Congratulations! :drinker: It feels awesome, doesn't it?? :bigsmile:

    It certainly does. We going out for dinner tonite celebrating a friends bday, and I am SCARED to death to eat. lol
