If I workout in the morning, I'm not hungry the rest of the day. Is anyone else like this? And if so how do you make yourself eat and not feel full?

No. After I workout I look forward to a good 1000 calorie meal right afterwards. I kinda wish I had your problem.0

If you workout in the morning you should have a post-workout snack high in protein for muscle recovery. Try liquid protein right after. Could be as simple as a glass of milk to aid recovery.
Otherwise tyry to eat a small meal with some protein in it every 3 hours0 -
I wish I had that problem! I just did a workout and inhaled a turkey sandwich and lentil soup right after. I was even tempted to eat my other half's sandwich too when he left the room!
I hear eating carbs and protein after a workout is good. Aids recovery and all that. My partner did explain it to me but I've forgot why it's so important.0 -
After a good workout I am even more hungry.0

I went through this yesterday..I had to really force myself to eat....I planned out my meals and ate at the scheduled time.0 -
Um you should make yourself eat after a good workout. 1. your body is still burning calories at a higher rate so it's a perfect time to eat, 2. your body is HUNGRY for nutrients and protein at this point, 3. you should eat within half an hour of your workout to replenish your body.0

I also am not hungry after I do a work out, but I make sure I have some sort of protein within 30 minutes of my workout (boiled egg is good and low is calories), this helps with muscle recovery.0

I work out after the little one goes to bed, so its after 8:30 at night. After my workout, I ALWAYS want to eat. Sometimes I am hungry and just need a snack...other times I think its because I see all the "unused" calories I have left and feel I deserve to splurge. Counterproductive, I know!!!0
