Thursday Mini Challenge

Today's challenge is: Chest Flys

Lets do 50 of them.

Some of you don't have a bench so be creative in the way you do them. Also, some of you don't have weights so get what ever works for you.

This video shows how to do them and you can log them as calisthenics if you like.
You have until midnight to get them done and you can do them in any combination of sets you want. Remember, light weight is for toning and heavy weight is for strength when picking your weights.
