I used a non stick pan so I didn't need any butter or oil or anything for this.

You will need:

1 large egg
1 piece of whole grain bread
15 grams sliced or shredded marble cheese

Pre-heat pan to medium. Fry one side of bread, set aside. Place cheese on pan and put the unfried piece of bread face down on the cheese. Fry about 30 seconds until cheese is melted and a bit crispy.

Fry or scramble your egg as usual, put on cheesy side of bread and enjoy!

Super yummy, for only 209 calories. Add a glass of milk or piece of fruit and you have a pretty decent, quick breakfast :)

I like to have this a few times a week:

    1 scrambled egg
    1 slice of cheese
    1 100 calorie bagel/english muffin
A little bit of salsa if I'm feeling it :)

Adds up to about 280 and it keeps me full til' lunch and it is sooo good!

  • Breakfast needs to be the best meal of the day with the most calories. I always eat some form of beans becuase they slow the digestion of sugars so you have a steady rise in insulin levels. Also good fiber is extremely inportant. Today I had

2 egg whites 1 egg omelette scrambled with onions and shredded spinach
    1/2 c stonyfield farms yogurt
    1/2 c fiber one
1 nectarine chopped in with fiber one and yogurt

It was all yummy and filling
