Right on! You look amazing and you should be very proud of yourself. I can't wait till I get there and I know the excitement is unreal.

    Congratulations on your victory! :drinker:

I can appreciate it, myself - I'm starting to see numbers on the scale that *I* haven't seen in 15 years. Even though I know I still have quite a ways to go, it's a GOOD feeling to know that I've blasted away 15 years of bad choices.

    Well done!

    Thanks very much!

My ideal week I go to the gym three times. I do 30-40 minutes of cardio (elliptical or the alternating fast walking & jogging on the track are my favorites), and then 20 minutes of strength training. If I can't make it to the gym I talk the pup for a long walk in the neighborhood- that's really it! I don't have time to go more than that in a week, but so far it's been just the right amount- enough to see results, but not enough to be overwhelming and hard to maintain.

God - I said the same thing. I was 160 when I started dating my (now) husband 10 years ago! What I would give to be starting at 160 instead of 225!

Congratulations on your success! It's so inspiring to see that it can be done with hard work and dedication!
