Peanut butter. Or any nut butter. 1 spoonful is like 100 calories. Spread 4-5 spoonfuls throughout the day and that's an extra 500+ calories.

    And whole milk.

If you know your TDEE/maintenance: Increase it by 10% and eat at that calorie number for a couple weeks, adjust as needed.

If you do not know your TDEE: Slowly increase calories (200/week is a good starting place) until you start gaining at the pace you want to gain.

I am not currently trying to gain weight, but I have had to in the past. I agree with SirBen. I ate a lot of peanut butter when I was trying to put on weight and it seemed to help. Also, it seems counterproductive, but exercise. I wouldn't go jogging 10 miles or do a bunch of cardio, but pick up some weights from time to time.

Yeah I am not sure what TDEE is, I will look it up. Thanks for the info.

Yeah I started with the peanut butter at first, eating 1/2 a sandwich 3 times a day. Kinda got yuck about even smelling it after that. But I am determined so I will give it another try. Thank you....

nuts and seeds are good sources of extra calories. Aim to eat quite a bit over your maintenance calories initially.
