percentage breakdown

ok so heres my question....i try and check my pie chart of carbs, fats, proteins, where it shows me what percentage of each i should consume on a daily basis but what im trying to figure out is if my protein intake for the day is 15% how many grams of protein does that equal? how do you convert those percentages into grams? make sense?? any help is appreciated....

4 cals per gram of carbs or protein, 9 cals per gram of fat.
So if you have a 1500 calorie goal with 40% from carbs that's 600 cals or 150g of carbs.
15% protein = 225 calories = 56g of protein0 -
It will also show if you customize your goals, you can set the grams or percentages you want and it will break it all down for you.
