So since i do carpentry. And I work 8hr days. Am
I really burning that many calories. Somedays are different. Intense manual labor vs normal climb ladder nail screw etc. seems little Off by how many it says I've burned??

I don't find the exercise counts on here accurate at all. You are definitely burning calories when doing carpentry but I wouldn't rely on MFP calculations. If you are really interested in knowing the hard numbers you can get a heart rate monitor that will tell you how many calories you've burned. People on here will also be quick to point out that those aren't completely accurate blah blah blah but it will get you a much better estimate. Cheers.0
