Has anyone been monitoring their BP during a weight loss and excercise program? I would be interested to hear how this may have performed compared to starting point. I found my BP dropped quite quickly when i started excercise and to lose weight from a hypertension 150/100 to (now) 130/75.

Mine's holding pretty steady at pre-hypertension levels (130ish/90-95 ish). It used to be pretty high, until I met my wife's cooking and said goodbye to most of the TV dinners and take-out food. :laugh:0

I think sodium content is such a big factor. Especially processed foods0 -
I know mine has dropped from about 130/90 to 118/76. My average pulse has dropped from 96 to about 66 as well.0
