calories

im 5 9 , 78 kg male

i put in my info and it says i should only eat 1200 a day , i know i can do this but i never seam to loose weight
been putting on weight latley cause of uni work

but would this number seam about right the 1200
when i do go to the gym , i do weights and about 30 mins cardio about 4 - 5 days a week
