Update diet/fitness profile after Check-in

I assumed that when you changed your weight, your calories automatically adjusted, but I just realized, even after entering a lower weight, you have to go in and update your diet/fitness profile before your calories are lowered. Just something to keep in mind.

I never have to do that. Normally after I've lost 10 pounds it asks me if I want to adjust my calories. I've seen other people post about this too though.0
