Tuna/Tilapia cakes. Just bake the fish plain, let it cool, then mash it up into a ball and flatten it. serve/freeze/store as if it were a hamburger patty.

    -Tuna with brown mustard
    - 93/7 ground turkey, with taco seasoning
    - Fish, any kind seasoned to your liking
    - Eggs, you can eat as many egg whites as you want and supplement whole eggs when you need more fats for your macros.

Also you can season chicken, don't be afraid of sodium.

I don't like very much meat, so I get most of my protein from powders, eggs, milk, cottage cheese, greek yogurt. I make a killer 40g protein shake for post workouts with 1/2c cottage cheese, whey powder, water, and ice.

beans work, but since they are magical, I've heard the more you eat, the more you toot. But that's okay because the more you toot, the better you feel. Conclusion: Let's eat beans at every meal!

I add Chobani Greek vanilla yogurt to protein/fruit smoothies. A serving has 22 grams protein.

Okay, Jugie's Caribbean Tilapia will titillate your senses!

    -thaw out your fillets (duh)
On a plate, sprinkle a bit of Tony Chezere's (spelling on that last name not guaranteed) but not too much as it's a strong cajun seasoning.
Add a dash of each of the following:

    Garlic powder
    lemon pepper
    cilantro

Coat a skillet on med-high heat with heart-healthy non-stick olive oil spray

Cook fillets to your liking, squeezing 1/4 lime on each side of each fillet as they cook.

    Ta-da!!

Just learn how to properly season food and you can make a few high protein foods have a lot of variety

Neither: grammar test. Why, what did YOU think it was?

Oh... my apologies, I thought that it was an attempt at mocking people for their incorrect use of the
English language. There could be several reasons for this so why judge and try and get a laugh
    at their expense.
While you are correct that this is 'technically' a grammar issue, the fact is that for the intended
use of the adjective in question the spelling was incorrect ie 'board' not 'bored'.

Oh, one final thing....the op's initial question was indeed about protein.

Cottage cheese. 1/2 cup = 16g protein (depends on milk fat% and brand, but it doesn't vary much)

Quinoa is a complete protein but I don't know the numbers on it offhand.
