Anyone else doing the BodyRock.tv 30 Day Challenge?

I just finished Day 4 of the first week and my arms and legs are quivering like Jell-O!!! Just wondering if anyone else out there was doing this? What day are you on and how do you like it? Also, anyone that has completed the challenge, what were your results?
