Good reminders when out and about to eat healthy?

I'll admit, there's nothing wrong with some indulgences here and there, BUT, what do you think are some good ways to keep yourself on track in case you get some unwanted temptation when out and about?

I've heard of getting some sort of bracelet or ribbon and putting it around your wrist as a reminder, I thought that was pretty cute. ^__^ Anyone have any more ideas?
