Help balancing sugars, protein, and carbs ect.!!!

I've been under my calorie count but I can't seem to find any foods that balance sugar protein and carbs out, some stuff has too much sugar so I can't have that, I'm always in the green with my calories but sometimes in the red with my sugar / fats. I just got this app a few days ago, kind of lost in balancing foods especially sugars.

I have the same problem! I have stayed below my calorie count so far, but apparently I'm eating way too much sugar. But I can't figure out what to eat that doesn't have so much sugar and doesn't put me over fat and protein. I would appreciate help with that too.0

Im trying the 6 small meals a day and so far its going good but even if i eat fruit it still counts the natural sugars in it, which is annoying. anyone have any ideas or thoughts??0
