Hi everyone,
I'm somewhat new to MFP... joined awhile ago but am finding it hard to stay on track!
It seems that everytime I go on a good streak, I come crashing down. Obviously, I am doing something wrong. So hopefully, allowing myself treats along the way will help? It's just a matter of finding that balance--as usually once I start eating sweets/junk, I find it really hard to stop myself from gorging. I'm sure I'm not alone in this??? I also have a hard time (as of late) controlling when/how much I eat. I sometimes feel out of control. UGH!
Any words of wisdom from people who have overcome this kind of eating? I am also a late-night eater... so hard to quit this habit!!\

hi i find chewing extra gum instead of snacking on sweets helps. they have lots of flaves. so you dont have to stay with just one kind. and its only 5 cal. per stick so thats a great thing.0
