Hey all, I'm pretty new to MFP, been on here almost a week now. Been doing a health weight/healthy life style challenge with some co workers. So far I've lost 10lbs. Doing this kinda makes me nervous, because I think about what if i put on a pound on week or what if I don't lose anythijng. I just really want to get this weight off so that I can finally feel good about myself. I want to smile more and laugh more and have fun more. Can't wait to see what's in store for my future. :)

    I've been on here for about three weeks or so. I really started getting serious about it on 05-01-2012. I weighed 349 on May 1st. I'm now down to about 333. My goal is 180.
