I feel that way at the gym... In the zone watching sports listening to music and running and then BAM a pizza commercial or some slow motions sweet treat commercial. BS!!

At the gym I used to go to, they had the food channel on all the time. One time, Paula Dean was on. I couldn't help but crack up at the irony of it.

Cruel, cruel world. My gym has cable tv's in front of the machines. It's funny to watch people working out and watch the food channels. I can't do it. I would want to go home and cook fatback and lard biscuits with gravy. No thanks.
    I listen to music.

    Contradictions are grand.

I just had some tests done to determine if I have some genetic blood pressure disorder and right after the test (which I had to fast for), my cardiologist says "I'm sure you're hungry by now, time to hit Mc Donalds and get some breakfast!"

To which I replied "that's one way to get repeat business"
