I was at a doctor's appointment today and when the nurse called me in the first thing she did was tell me to step on the scales. I proceeded to set my purse down and emptied a set of keys from my pocket. I told her every little bit helps. I stepped on the scales and she said, "Yeah, every little bit helps, like you need it"!!!:bigsmile: I felt like I could have gone home and ran a marathon...:laugh: :drinker: Instead I got on the elliptical for 45 minutes.:drinker: :bigsmile:
