Work in Progress w/Pics! (Insanity/P90X)

I can't believe it's been five months! Was it always easy? No. But did I give up? NO. I started with Insanity in December and when I finished, I moved onto the Insanity/P90X Hybrid. I also completely overhauled my eating in January and it's been paying off. I lost weight but most importantly I lost inches and feel so much better! I have more energy and actually look forward to my workouts. I've tried so many things in the past but it wasn't until I really educated myself about the foods I was putting in my body and found a workout regime that was right for me that the results started happening.

I still have a way to go but NEVER thought I'd even be where I'm already at. I started at a size 11 and five months later, I'm now wearing a size 5... unbelievable! And you know what? I worked for every inch lost

For anyone just starting, hard work really does pay off. Just stick with it and you'll get there!!!
