So i have finally sorted out my eating....i've managed to cut down the snacking and carbs and i am eating a lot more protein and a lot less carbs!

It's basically what i am following now but a little bit "cleaner" and no processed things at all (e.g. i normally have a protein bar each day).

Any views? xxx

    I haven't started this yet! but lost a fair bit i think..not weighed myself lately as i get hung up on numbers but i can see my shape changing (thanks to running and good diet)

    So why add more restraints to your diet if what you are doing already works?
    I like Lauren and all but personally would follow anything Whitney has to say.

    I say stick to what you like.
    Avoid the cardio if you already have cardiovascular health.
    Pick up some weights and continue what you are doing.
    you get no shortcuts in diet and this could potentially frustrate you by being so "Eat this at this time" etc....

    My daily routine is quite a bit like this. I don't get in the exercise every day and I eat a bigger dinner than any of those options, but overall I think the plan is a good one and I've been losing weight on my routine so I don't see why someone wouldn't on that one.

    I think its pretty legit as long as it fits into your calorie goals. But I agree, add some weights too. Don't just do cardio. Most of these recipes she posted look pretty good. The breakfast quinoa looks amazing! :) Good luck!

    I'm starting on the bikini boot camp today! I'm going to add another snack in because the calorie intake is a little bit low for me.
