    No idea, I have never tried, no spotter

    Deads: 115lbs, 3 sets of 5
    Squat: 115 lbs, 3 sets of 6
    Bench: 85lbs, 3 sets of 6
    Push Press: 65 lbs, 3 sets of 8

    Pull ups: ZILCH/NADA/NIL lol

    Deadlift: #110 lb that one time, but i do #65 for 3x12
    Squat: i just learned these! #55 3x10
    Bench: i haven't tried these, i'm too scared of having the bar fall on my neck/face. i do them with dumbbells with #20/hand.

    Pull-ups/chin ups( yes or no): i just started with negative pull ups 3x8

    Favorite arm move: negative pull ups or supine row
    Favorite leg/butt move: low plank with leg lifts

    nope. but starting on monday (i have a new regimen) i will be dedicating 2 days/week to core workouts.

    Favorite arm move: I love reverse curl/overhead press
    Favorite leg/butt move: love them all, maybe not step-ups though

    Do you do isolated ab workouts? If so how often? I'll throw on some ab work if I have extra time at the end, and my trainer always makes me do one super set of abs every session

    Deadlift: 160.
    Squat: i can do 105x5, so probably around 120 (i don't have a spotter).
    Bench: i can do 80x5, so probably around 90 (again, no spotter).

    Pull-ups/chin ups( yes or no): i wish. i'll get there eventually!

    Favorite arm move: standing barbell press.
    Favorite leg/butt move: deadlifts.

    Do you do isolated ab workouts? If so how often? not particularly. maybe once or twice a month. or if i need more fitocracy points!

    1 REP MAX - I have to admit; I've never figured out what my max is for 1 rep! so I'll give my max weight & number of reps...
    Deadlift: 115lbs (4 sets of 5)
    Squat: 115lbs (3 sets of 10)
    Bench: 70lbs (incline bench for 3 sets of 8)

    Pull-ups/chin ups( yes or no): assisted only - its my goal to do one (or more!) unassisted by the end of the year!!

    Favorite arm move: so far its the one-armed cuban snatch
    Favorite leg/butt move: I have a love/hate relationship with squats & lunges

    Do you do isolated ab workouts? If so how often? Most of my workouts usually incorporate a bit of ab/core moves so I dont usually do isolated ab work... although if my core is feeling a little squishy after a workout I will bang out a few situps or something.

    Deadlift: haven't started them yet (*ducking*) I tried to have a fitness coach show me, but he said my hips were too tight. I think that my feet were too close together, though....
    Squat: 85# 5x5 (used to be 105 then I pulled a hammie, then got really sick for a few weeks...working my way back up)
    Bench: 70# 5x5 but I moved to dumbbells for now

    Do you do isolated ab workouts? If so how often? yes- every other day, if I have time. The trainers at my gym were trying to get me to buy one of those belt things marketed to prevent hernias. I am a surgeon and pretty much don't believe they work. I think the best way to prevent hernias is to have strong abs. Seriously.
