Gotta try this!! I am thinking of using Cupcake Papers instead of the non-stick spray... "frost" the kids with Ketchup.. they will love it, and maybe once eat dinner!! Thanks!0

Geez! Up until I read this I though I had invented the term meatloaf muffins! I've been making meafloaf muffins for years now and they are so tasty! I started making them this way because it took so long to cook a whole meatloaf. And, well, muffins are so cute! :laugh:0

I concur. I'd rather have all the protein than worry about a few grams of fat. Fat does not make you fat, excessive calories do!!Why would you rather have 10g of protein than 28 g?0 -

I've tried a version of this that I found on MFP earlier in the year. They turned on great. I think I might make mine in a pan and not muffin tins this time. I'll have to make this for lunches. Thanks!0

I have some ground venison I was planning on making meatloaf with, and the muffins are a fantastic idea! Thanks!0

These sound really good, my husband gets tired of chicken lol, but he eats what I do to support me. Think I might try ground venison though.0

Thanks! Love that you added veggies, I think I'll add even more, maybe shredded carrots, zucchini and such. A really simple recipe that would be great to freeze or have made up ahead of time for convenience.
Nice of you to share.:flowerforyou:0 -
