    I started out using the Advocare's 24 day fiber cleanse product to detox and help with my caffeine withdrawals (I had terrible migraines). After that I have just been eating a lot of fresh fruits and vegetables. I opt to cook meat and tofu in low sodium fat free chicken broth instead of using oils. I try and eat either old fashioned oatmeal or fiber one cereal for breakfast. I also cut out sodas, fried foods (although I do have them once in a while), most sweets, and now use low sodium salt for flavoring. I try to get to the gym every other day, but if I can't make it there, I do the Biggest Loser Bootcamp video when I get home from school or work. It's been a challenging run, but the further I get, the easier it is to stick with it.
