Insanity week 3: No Results!

hi everyone! I hope I can get some insight from anyone that is doing the insanity workout. I am almost done with week #3 of insanity have two more workouts to complete to finish week #3 but I still havent seen any results :( Please take a look at my food diary I log everything except on sundays when I try to relax my strict diet a little and not focus on calories (Id go crazy if I didnt give myself a break) I have been trying to follow the insanity diet with some tweeks to it. According to the nutrition guide I calculated a 1900 calorie intake wishin the 5 meals a day plan. On a regular day I cant reach that high of a calorie intake its just too many calories I usually only make it to meal 4 could this be one of the reasons why am not seeing results? Thank you so much for responding in advance! :)

Hello. I have successfully completed 3 rounds of Insanity... your body very well may be changing but it's hard for our own selves to see it. Have you taken measurements?? Do not go by the scale. If you have and it's staying the same don't stress... month 2 really is results month of insanity ;]

however you really need to ensure you are eating enough. eat 6 times a day. three main meals and three snacks in between... it'll help get your cals up there and also a diet higher in protein is great. I drink a protein shake every morning... shakeology is expensive so i buy a whey protein from GNC and it's delicious! i looked at your diary and you are eating WAY too few calories for insanity.. your body is in starvation mode.. you need to NET a minimum of 1200 to be safe but even that is low. honestly it sounds crazy but to get results you gotta eat more. once you start eating 1500+ cals a day it'll have major results. believe me, i lost over 25lbs and dropped 2 pants sizes in month 1 of insanity my 1st round. you can do this!!! :)

Insanity is rough, and you really need to fuel for it. I haven't found a benefit for eating back all of the exercise calories, but I think you need to up it to at least 1500. Are you tracking your measurements (waist, chest, arms, etc.)?
