Exercise when your ill ?

Hi! I'm trying to get fit in like 40 more days so I don't have a lot of time. I'm trying to eat healthy and still trying to reach my kcal goal, and exercising everyday! But today I felt a sticking och swelled feeling in my throat and I really don't have time to get ill !! I know you shouldn't workout when your not feeling good but are there any exercises which are better than others? Like lifting doesn't seem as bad as cardio?

Anyone who got an idea about this? :) xo

    When I start to feel sick I start taking cold-eze. I try to keep doing cardio but, listen to your body. I few months back I got pretty sick, in the begining I was able to keep working out but, once the cold really hit me I was laid up in bed for a few days.

    My advice to you is listen to your body. And, good luck with your goals.

    I usually will still do some work as long as I'm not super sick.

    Just take it easy and go at a reduced pace. The point is going to be recovery, don't run yourself into the ground and make things worse.
