Shoe issue

OK, I went to a running store and got fitted and just LOVE my Nike Zoom Structure shoes. I've been wearing them for a month or two now. I ordered another pair, same model, same size, but another color. I wore them walking last night and they don't fit the same way! They seem narrower. I have wide feet and was surprised I didn't need a wide in a Nike shoe, but my first pair is great. Is it common to have this issue? I plan on trying them once or twice more before deciding if I need to return them, but has anyone else run into this too?

I can't speak for Nike products but I've stuck with the same model of Asics shoe for a number of years (I order mine on-line) and it's gone through a number of iterations but the fundamental fit hasn't changed noticeably.0

Shoes change slightly year to year, so that could be part of it.
If it's the exact same model, size, year, then maybe they just aren't stretched out like your current shoes are.0 -

Yes, same year too! I don't remember my other pair needing to stretch out, but maybe they did. I know they HAVE stretched out, but I thought they were super comfy from the start and have gotten looser. I'll give them another try and then decide.0
