I had gastric bypass 3 years ago and lost 80 pounds. I have since put almost 20 pounds back on. Because of my gastric bypass I need to have more protein. Anyone know how to customize this program for that? I love the way this works, tracking my food. Even the little bits I eat that I don't think count! I also started an exercise program 2 months ago: jazzercise and I have a hors I ride 1-2 times a week.

You can customize your goals: My Home -> Goals -> Change Goals -> Custom then adjust your percentages to what you need them to be.

I have not had GP but have been considering it. This weight loss thing is not easy. I am glad to see some older people like myself over 40 years still trying. I enjoy food, but in an over abundance of it.

I am a diabetic and struggling with keeping my carbs up to match my insulin and trying to lose this weight at the same time. I have to match 40 grams of carbs per meal and 22 per snack. I really need some help with healthy carbs that wont pack on the pounds.

I guess we all have our issues. That's why we need each other. It's good to know I am not out there alone.
