    wow you look amazing. At 199 I wouldn't look no where as good as you do, thats a fact. Thank you for letting us know you calorie count only, that;s what Im now doing. How long did it take you to lose your weight?

    Great job! You look amazing, but moreso it shows how strong willed, determined and what a hard worker you are! And that is something to be proud of. Looks will change (We'll all get old) but you are changing what matters your health and that's the most beautiful thing of all!
