    hi Shannon well you have 2 more than me !! I only have one friend on here so far LOL .. i've been on for a week now.. still trying to find my way around.. I've been dieting forever !! but i do like this site I think more than a lot of the others that I've been on.. really keeping me in check with my calories .. however i really need to be A LOT better about my exercising.. I started Zumba a few weeks ago.. can only do it once a week but I LOVE IT ! nice to meet you :happy:
