boot camp

I was trying to log my exercise... not sure how to do it?
it's a "Boot Camp Class"
1hr long
combination cardio and strength

it's a kick your butt~ MOVE the entire 1hr!!!!

any ideas how to log it?

    I'd log it as cardio probably.

    I logged in under cardio but was wondering the same thing.

    I just completed a 4-week outdoor bootcamp class - it was awesome! I didn't know how to record the calories either. I wish I had purchased a HRM. But, our instructor told us on average we were burning 500-700 calories per session. I decided to take the low end of that and created my own category in my fitness log called "Bootcamp" and logged it for 450 or 500 cals each time. It certainly felt like I was burning that much, so I hope so!
