Hi Everyone,

I've been actively trying to shape up and get fit since Feb 2012. I can't notice the changes in myself with the exception of some NSV's but maybe you can. Let me know what you think.

Hopefully this works, first time trying this out.

    Thanks for the support guys. I know its hard to tell in the pics but really it means alot I've been struggling with the weight loss the scale lies so I think it must be because I've been building muscle so its great to hear that other people can see that I'm making progress
