Hi Guys
I started my weight lost program about 2 months ago with Weight Watchers however I think that the myfitnesspal tool is better suited for me.
My ultimate goal is to loose 45 pounds and hopefully at least 30 for a September trip.
It's really encouraging to read the success stories here as well as the struggles...which I often encounter myself as a dairy product addict and let's not forget the delicious wine and red meat!
Super excited to continue my weight lost journey with this site.
7lbs down and 38 to go!
