wish i would have taken measurments and pics before... but i can tell the difference a couple of months has made and i'm super stoked!!! only 2 pounds lost since march but my BF% is steadily going down esp after hitting the weight room more and cardio less!

    Use img instead of IMG. May need to resize the original so that the 3rd pic shows up also.

    kkkk so i fibbed a little bit! i did take a couple pics when i first started cardio... but i deleted it because... well i just wasn't a fan haha! turns out i didn't remove it from the recyle bin. so this was before! also, not sure if i'm just not flexing with one arm or if my left arm is really that much stronger than my right (i'm left handed)

    thanks but the before is what is considered "skinny fat" i had BF of 32% :embarassed:
