I read all the comments and took in what you all said. im very gratefull for what you said. Its true if i want this then i will do it and to take it step by step. That is what im going to do. Wish me luck :) Day 1 tomorrow Im going to start with one full bottle of water and my stairs :) im going to avoid chocolate, crisps, takeaways basically u get my drift ;).     Good luck! Don't overwhlem yourself start with a couple things like the water and stairs and work at those till they become a habit!

    Sounds like a good plan. I started with my 8-10 cans of coca-cola a day. I left 2 in for now. but that means I deleted 6-8 out of my daily diet. Next week I go to one..One step at a time....
