    i went from the 190's to 173 and im still wearing the same size.... '_' it sucks .

    Went from 10 to a snug 2 or fitted 4 after almost 30 lbs.

    I am 5' 4' and 10lbs is a pant size for me.

    For me it seems to be about 10lbs/size.

    I dropped a size with every 8 lbs or so. I went from a 14 to a 4 when I lost 50 lbs.

    I dropped from a size 10 at 140 lbs down to size 4 at 110 lbs. SO that's 10 lbs for each even numbered size drop
