What did you have for dinner this week?
This was mine:
9 oz shrimp with barbecue seasoning on skewers and grilled
1 cup black beans (no salt) cooked in the crock pot
2 whole grain dinner rolls
741 calories, 82g protein, 93g carbs, 8g fat

P.S. Doesn't have to be dinner tonight, but something dinner-esque that is tasty that you have a picture of would be just fine.

It was. We just put a little barbecue dry seasoning on it and tossed it on the grill for a few minutes. Voila. Easy peasy.0 -

1,120 cals 133/20/102 C/F/P cals were likely higher but I don't log cooking oils, or the butter and white wine I used for the pan sauce

1.75 oz black bean pasta (measured dry)
6 oz shrimp
1.5 servings Sunflower Market Italian pasta sauce
.5 medium zucchini
.5 medium yellow summer squash
.2 medium sweet onion
.5 tbls olive oil

um, how do you post photos to in the replies? thank you! I snap a shot of everything i eat and send to my dietician, mostly as a diary. easier to log it after the fact, too.0

Its got better macros because of the protein and carb count. Most wheat pastas have very little protein and high carb0
