I've done some form of fasting before, as well as cheat days. I lost weight on both, and didn't gain any of it back. The fasting wasn't fun though, so I won't be doing that again. :P

My brother was a wrestler while he was in high school and everyone on his team had one "cheat" day followed by a "fasting" day. They were told this boosted their metabolism, whether it is true I have no idea. I would do further research, such as a website ending in .org or .net!0

I do a cheat day followed by low carb day. My body responds well to it.0
