Hi everyone!

I was on MFP a year ago and then decided to just do it on my own. I didn't get too far so I am back. I struggle with boredom eating and lack of motivation because of my daily schedule.

Just looking for some friends and support...which is a little something I think we can all use.

    And a good morning to you, as well! I struggle with motivation due to my schedule, too. I get up at 3am 3 days per week for work. I'm home early enough to get a work out in, but sometimes I am just too dang tired. Plus hubs and kids and all that stuff. Ugh!

    The 3am schedule is familiar....I do it 4 days. I like the afternoon kick of a workout, but then I just plop on the couch. I have changed my dinners to make up for my laziness and I think I am seeing some results.
