Best Fitness Investments

I am rewarding myself with fitness/luxury items as I lose weight. I have lost 15 lbs, and here is what I have given myself so far.
5lbs - pedicure
10lbs - new workout clothing (still need more, but that's ok)
15 lbs - personal trainer (10 sessions)
20 lbs - ?
25 lbs - ?
30 lbs - new clothes!

Any ideas for fitness related rewards for 20 and 25 lbs?
I have a YMCA membership, 30 Day Shred, Scale, 3 and 5 lb weights, yoga mat.... that's it!

I love my pedometer, but I walk a lot so i don't know if it would mean the same to you.

When I found out that local gym memberships were WAY out of my price range, I bought a set of Bodylastics resistance bands. They're high-quality bands in a variety of weights/resistances that can be combined with handles and ankle straps for a wide variety of exercises and difficulties. Seriously the best fitness-related buy I've ever made, fantastic results, lots of options, great in a small space, and they keep up with my progress. I would really suggest them; the set I got was about $70 on Amazon but they do have less expensive options if that's too much.

50-ish dollars ... although I could combine the two for $100. I do have a (non-digital) food scale. I do walk quite a bit, and I have been using an Iphone app that tracks distance and miles per hour.

HRM or a home gym type set up, like a pullup/dips/ab station?

a Heart Rate Monitor? maybe a new pair of running/workout shoes?

Personally, I'm treating myself to a belly button piercing and finally letting myself buy new clothes when I hit my goal (no sense buying clothes for a body size that is ever changing)

    Fitbit!!
Also, if you like hiking, skiing, climbing...maybe some new toys for those activities? Or if you've never tried a new activity, maybe spring for a lesson.

I run mostly, but my faves are:

My garmin 410 with HRM and foot pod
    My iPod nano
    My Insanity videos
    Running Shoes
    Vibram Five Finger shoes
    Assorted workout clothes
    Bosu ball
Nathan handheld water bottles (10oz and 21oz) for running

    Hmmm... running hat
    Sun glasses

    Guess that's it...

EDITED TO ADD: OH YEA... Vitamix blender.

A heart rate monitor was the best investment I made. It has allowed me to safely push harder outside of the gym.

Yep - HRM! Definitely one of my best fitness investments.

    Other bests -

    - Good shoes
    - Fun workout clothes (just got a new sports bra in black/grey/white camo - don't know why I love it, but I do! I always wear a top over it, but it peeks out.)
    - RoadID wristband - great way to have personal info & emergency contact numbers on you without having to carry your ID, etc. It speaks for you should you be injured while out walking/running/cycling and unable to speak for yourself - and about $20.
