Can you throw in an extra workout? It's probably not the right answer, but if I'm feeling like that then I'll try to workout in the morning or afternoon and then again around 8pm. It may not help, but it makes me feel better0

Hiya chick!!
Just looked thru my weekly figures and for the past 6 weeks in a row I've gone over....usually anywhere between 70cals and 700! Most are around 150-200cals over which when you think that MFP gives you a pretty big deficit to start with to lose some weight, if you divide the amount you're over for the week by the 7 days it covers then in the grand scheme of things it's like being a few cals over everyday.

I have days like that and I try to keep it somewhat under control but do indulge a little bit. It keeps from feeling like I'm on diet and my life is over lol. Just make sure you gain focus next week and get back on track.0 -
i go over most fridays - it's my day off exercising and i usually go out for drinks. i just try to eat well and consider it a maintenance day - even on 'bad' days, i try not to go over maintenance. MFP lets you see this easily - if you click 'complete this entry' and the projected 5 week weight is more than you weigh that day, you have gone over maintenance. it's happened to me - in fact, it happened yesterday. i don't beat myself up over it though - it's a marathon, not a sprint.0
