Anyone change alot in 6weeks?

I'm just wondering whether anyone has had good results in 6 weeks? Anyone who didn't have alot to lose?
Any specific diet/exercise plan...

    I have had success in about 6 weeks -- I have lost about 10 lb and have only another 6-8 to reach my goal, so I didn't have a huge amount to lose to start with. I have kept my calories at an even 1900 every day regardless of exercise and kept up my exercise schedule. The calories were figured by my estimated total daily energy expenditure (TDEE) and taking a percentage off (20%) of that. I can go into more detail if you haven;t read about this method or you can search for the group "eat more to weigh less" and find lots of information there.

    Me! I was doing cardio and lifting, but when I started pilates(at home), I really saw a difference. I think I lost at least 10lbs in 6 weeks, and there was a huge change in my abs.
