I :heart: cheese!!! On & with anything & everything.......especially Garlic Triscuits. What's your favorite kind of cheese and what's it's best compliment?

    mmmm triple cream brie on french bread, real cheese curds from quebec!, goat cheese on sesame crackers, grated cheese on almost anything especially pasta, LOL yep i like cheese = understatment. :bigsmile:

    Smoked Gouda alone or with Kashi Crackers

    Blue Cheese with Scrambled eggs

    Cheddar on everything

    Mozzarella on whole wheat tortilla pizza's

    Asiago, Brick, Cottage, Feta, Parmesan, Pepperjack, Provolone, Ricotta, String...

    But if I have to choose only one, my favorite is Jarlsberg.
