I ran my first 5K today!
My goal was 40 minutes. My "shoot for the moon" goal was 35 minutes. I finished in 36:08! That's an average pace of 11:38! My fastest run prior to this was at a 13:xx pace. I am absolutely blown away and had a great time!
Can't wait to do it again
