Frustrated

My starting weight was 354 and I got down to 348 in the first couple of weeks or so. I've since gained it back and have been walking 12 miles a week and staying within my calories per day. I've since gained one more pound and am at 355 what am I doing wrong? Please HELP!

    Can't see your diary so its difficult to see if you are going wrong somewhere. Can you make your diary open and gives us a bit more information?

    Could be incorrect dietary settings.
    sounds to me like you may not be eating enough but need the diary open for the info.
