Anyone out there doing Chalean Extreme? If so, how do you log it in your exercise diary? :laugh:

    I am! Im finishing up my first week. I log it as calisthenics, I read on another post to log it as that. I really need to get a HRM.

    I used my HRM to log. If you don't have one, search for strength training under cardio for the lift days. I would probably use circuit training for the other days, as it incorporates a little bit of everything, especially the intervals, ie, burn & lean.

    I absolutely LOVED the program. I am currently doing NROL4W. Once I finished, I plan on doing another round of CLX

    It's circuit training. Log it as such if you don't have an HRM.

    I tried it myself but gave up because I only own bands, not dumbbells, and the movements she has you doing with the bands IMO are too awkward. Particularly anything done that involves standing on one leg. I fell over a few times when attempting one legged band exercises (very first exercise on Burn Circuit 1 actually lol) and called it quits. Never again, at least not until I obtain a set of suitable dumbbells, and that's an expenditure I don't think is worth it.
