I walked down the street with my head high and a smile on my face. IDK, I guess the 7 lbs that I lost came off of my head cause it refuses to hang low! I feel like a f*@%ing GODDESS! :blushing:

If this is how have 7 lbs of weight lifted off me makes me feel, I can't begin to imagine what 40, 50, 80+ is going to feel like.

    I feel this way sometimes. I've lost 6 lbs. since I joined MFP but 21 lbs. total. Have a long way to go.
