Has anyone tried this?? Have you been successful? Do they really fill you up?? Just looking for some confirmation before I spend a nice chunk of money :)

    In seriousness, I have not tried body by vi, but all meal replacement programs work the same, by limiting your calories, while teaching you nothing about how to sustain such a lifestyle when you finish the program. I would not invest any money in it whatsoever, especially because they will try to get you to sell the stuff. Unless of course, you want to do meal replacement shakes for the rest of your life.
